Payment Policies:
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Domain Registration fees are non-refundable. Setup fees are charged for all new accounts and major account changes and are non-refundable. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies MGinternet in writing for a request for termination of services. All payment is in EURO (€) currency.

Hosting/Access:
All services may be used for lawful purposes only. transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any European laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Backup:
Back up of all site data is the responsibility of the site owner or the agent/web-developer acting on their behalf.

Lawful Purpose:
MGinternet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only useMGinternet's server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. MGinternet expressly forbids anyone from using MGinternet's servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, pornography, satanic materials, and any and all materials of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of MGinternet management. In addition any site selling or promoting bulk email services is not allowed.

MGinternet will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. MGinternet makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. MGinternet disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by MGinternet and its employees. MGinternet reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Indemnification:
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold MGinternet harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable court fees asserted against MGinternet, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MGinternet against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with MGinternet's server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from MGinternet.
