Can one use the MGinternet's SOURCE CODE PRODUCT to build a commercial
application for distribution ?
NO, the licensed programmer-user may use the SOURCE CODE and customize
it according to her/his needs without any royalty whatsoever, provided
that substantial additions are made to the original SOURCE CODE and that
the resulting product must not compete with our SOURCE CODE PRODUCT on
the market level. The only condition for the distribution is that MGinternet
is not held responsible, liable or accountable for any defects, loss
of data or income or errors caused by the changes or additions to the
original source code.

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-user License
Agreement ("EULA")
is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity)
and MGinternet for one (1) license to use MGinternet's SOURCE CODE PRODUCT.
MGinternet's SOURCE CODE PRODUCT includes source codes, all enclosed
files, and electronic documentation ("SOURCE CODE PRODUCT" or "SOURCE
CODE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOURCE CODE
PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
SOURCE CODE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOURCE CODE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The SOURCE CODE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
Copyright
All title and copyrights in and to the SOURCE CODE PRODUCT (including
but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio,
music, and text incorporated into the SOURCE CODE PRODUCT), and any copies
of the SOURCE CODE PRODUCT are owned by MGinternet. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT
is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
One License Required Per Instilation
Use of SOURCE CODE PRODUCT requires one license per instilation. Licenses
are non-transferable. For instance, if a company has one live system
and one demonstration system that will use the SOURCE CODE PRODUCT, then
that company requires two licenses.
Distribution
1. MGinternet grants you, the licensee, the right to
use the SOURCE CODE, customize it according to your needs provided that
you do not permit (either by explicit or implicit means) further distribution
of the
MGinternet's SOURCE CODE by your end users.
2. As a result of point 1. if you add some features into the SOURCE
CODE and sell it as "upgraded product", it is not allowed,
since, in essence, the product offers the same purpose, and it may actually
compete with our SOURCE CODE PRODUCT. Also, migrating the SOURCE CODE
to another server platform or translating the SOURCE CODE to use another
languages can not be considered as a substantial addition to the SOURCE
CODE itself. You must include the SOURCE CODE to your product / project
only as a supporting functions / add-on facility, and it is not the main
/ core functionality of MGinternet's SOURCE CODE that your product offers.
3. As a result of point 1, you do not redistribute MGinternet's SOURCE
CODE in an Open Source project/application.
Upgrades
If the SOURCE CODE PRODUCT is an upgrade from another product, you may
use that upgraded product only in accordance with this EULA.
Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, MGinternet may terminate
this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
In
such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOURCE CODE PRODUCT and
all of its component parts.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Although MGinternet has tested this SOURCE
CODE and reviewed the documentation, MGinternet makes no warranty or
representation, either expressed or implied,
with respect to this SOURCE CODE, its quality, performance, merchantability,
or fitness for a particular purpose. As a result, this SOURCE CODE is
licensed AS-IS, and you are assuming the entire risk as to its quality
and performance.
MGinternet shall not be liable for any claim or right to recover damages,
including, but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the SOURCE
CODE or special, incidental, or consequential damages, or other similar
claims, even if MGinternet has been specifically advised of the possibility
of such damages.
